Tri City National Bank is headquartered in Oak Creek and is the 11th largest bank in the state of Wisconsin. It is also the 548th largest bank in the nation. It was established in 1963 and as of June of 2017, it had grown to 417 employees at 37 locations. Tri City National Bank has an A health rating.
Tri City is an excellent bank for those in the Southeastern portion of Wisconsin. With numerous local branches as well as options for banking in large food stores like Pic-N-Save, you will never be far from this bank. Add to that their exceptional hours. Most banks close early, and are closed on the weekends. Not Tri City! This bank is open until 8:00 PM every night. Add to that their amazing friendly staff, and you have a recipe for banking success. Why go to a large chain bank who will nickel and dime you with fees when you can get access to an available bank with no fees! Personally, I've found that the staff learn your name really quick, and are always ready with a smile. They have been open for advising me on the best way to set up parts of my account, as well as understanding how certain things, such as their online banking, work. It's been a great pleasure using this bank. The one thing I wish is that they had a signup bonus for opening an account their, like many other banks do.
This isn't even my bank. It is my mom's and she put me on the account with her.
She pasted away and I wanted to get in to her safe deposit box and they told me I wasn't on the signature card and asked about my dad who has been dead for 7 years. I asked them to find out what I needed to do. Days later I get a calling saying I actually am on the safe deposit box.
The online sucks. They delete accounts if you haven't logged on for a period of time and the setup process is horrible. Once it was set up I tried to transfer between accounts and it told me they weren't linked. So I filled out the paperwork and now I don't see any accounts. They tell me I have to take my mom of the account first. It's her money and I am paying her bills. So now I have to go to the bank if I want to transfer anything.
And customer service, none of them know what they are doing. It seems no ones trains these poor people.
I have been using Chase for over 4 years now and I would never have any of these problems with them.
