I've been with them for years! Love them!

I really do enjoy using their services. The deposits are quick and available during the same day, usually. The Bill Pay portion is really great. I lost my debit card once and a quick visit to the branch gave me a new card within 10 minute. The customer service has always been really great and no issue has gone unresolved. I had an issue with fraud and they were not only able to stop further actions on my account, but they also created a new account for me. This saved me a lot of frustrations and anxiety. The only issue I would say is that their Non Sufficient Fees are a bit steep and they will constantly hit you with them if they occur on the same day. Sometimes they do not credit them and other times they do.

Happy customer for 10+ years!

My very first account with CFE FCU was opened for me when I was little by my mother. Both of my parents also have CFE accounts so when it was time for my brother and I to open Savings Accounts, that's where they went. Of course I had very little interactions with my bank at first but once I started working, I was actually MY account. Since then, I've opened a Joint Checking Account and also a Shared Savings account. Of all banks I've had experience with (personal and professional) CFE FCU, is by far, my most satisfying. Not only at a branch but I've also called customer service multiple times and I've also become very familiar with their online and mobile banking. All highly recommended!!

CFE Credit Union

I have used CFE as my primary bank for many years, as well as the majority of my family members. They have always been a pleasure to deal with in person and over the phone, and have been knowledgeable in each matter I've dealt with them upon. Their online and mobile banking apps are well-designed and easy to navigate, and provide plenty of secured information about your accounts. When I first opened my accounts with them, they gave me plenty of information about the different account types they have and the low interest rates on their savings accounts. They were able to painlessly set up linked family checking accounts for myself and a few family members. Great experiences overall.

Central Florida Educator's Credit Union

The staff always greets me upon entering the branch and is very welcoming. Wait times to meet the banking representatives are brief. Very clear terms and no problems with the approval process. The bankers are clear and honest and do not misrepresent their products. With my savings account, a checking account, and a money market account, managing them online is easy. Transfering funds is very simple and typically no delay. 24/7 customer service for any problems. Once I developed a relationship with the bank other services such as IRAs and CDs are very easy to use and access. Drive-thru tellers are quick, and the branches are efficient with any account requests. As with most banks interest rates are very low, but my funds are secure and accessible whenever I need. Most branches are open on Saturday, which is very convenient.

How I feel about My CFE

First of all is really hard to choose a credit union with so many around nowadays, so I chose CFE, located in Florida, to be honest is the closest one to me, they don't really have such great saving plans or anything like that and the Website is about average which is the thing I would site here, they really need to improve the reasons why people should choose them instead of other credit unions. Today I had to deposit some money but I forgot my bank account the lady at the counter was really nice and helped me quickly and efficiently, so I would rate the Customer Service as a 4, because she didn't do it all herself and had to go to somebody else.
